During these sessions I draw upon my professional background as a Psychodynamic Relationship Therapist as well as my holistic knowledge and spiritual gifts to support you.
I work safely and ethically with trauma, anxiety and depression, mental health issues, couple or family problems, the impact of abuse and other complex issues. I’m also very experienced in working with couples so I can support you if your relationship is under strain.
I can also teach you how to create a clearer spiritual connection with your Beloved Ones if that’s what you need.
It may be that the current situation has brought up wounds that are relevant to your Twin Flame or Soulmate journey, but it may be that you need this just for YOU because of what you’re going through right now. We can take a psychological approach, a spiritual approach or a combination of the two.

Finding Isolation Or Physical Distance Challenging? Read On…
Physical distance – most of us need to use physical distance as a strategy to keep ourselves and others safe right now.
Already, fairly early on in the proceedings here in the UK, I am speaking to so many sensitive people who are reacting to physical distance in painful way.
- Feeling emotionally raw and unable to connect with others you value and love
- Feeling anxious and alone, longing for meaningful contact yet not knowing how to self-soothe
- Feeling resentful due to a lack of freedom to socialise or enjoy a simple hug
- Feeling withdrawn, defensive, unloved or rejected and noticing you’re less tolerant or more reactive than your normal self
- Feeling fear because it’s uncertain how long this disconnection may need to continue
This pain is very similar to the ‘Dark Night of The Soul’ experienced by Twin Flames and Soulmates in a state of separation – those of you in this situation may be feeling an amplified sense of wounding due to what’s happening on the planet right now as well as tapping into the Collective DM/DF energies.
I cannot eradicate the requirement for physical distance but I promise that what heals this wound is emotional connection.
Connect with self – pay compassionate attention to what your mind, body and soul needs each day. Self love, self care, gentleness. Write, create art, craft or music. Make space for quiet reflection, meditation and relaxation. Cook. Practice gratitude. Dance, do yoga or bless your body with some sacred self-pleasure.
Connect with others – reach out ‘virtually’ to others for mutual support while mindfully maintaining that balance of giving and receiving. We must know our own limits while lovingly respecting that others have their limits too. It’s okay to laugh; it’s okay to cry. Quite frankly, it’s all okay!
Connect with nature – softly and safely, of course. If you are unable to go outdoors, open your windows, listen to the sounds of the birds singing and the wind in the trees. Love your pets…or look at images of nature on the internet. It helps to see something beautiful and take a break from the news reports if you’re feeling overwhelmed.
Connect with Spirit – energetically and astrally connect with the Beloved Ones who can’t be with you right now.
