Confidentiality & privacy

Anything you disclose to us during personal sessions is confidential with the exception when we are required to make a disclosure under UK/EU Law as we reside in the UK. We will not pass your personal details onto another person or organisation.

You remain responsible for the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet but we do take reasonable steps to ensure that this website is secure. We do not store credit card or payment details or share these with third parties.

Cancellation & changes

Your consultations, sessions, packages or programs must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. While we are working together, if you need to change the date &/or time of a session, we are happy to rearrange at a mutually convenient time for us both at no extra cost in the event of you providing us with more than 48 hours notice of the change.

Changes that take place less than 48 hours prior to your session will result in the loss of that session.

If we need to postpone your session due to an emergency or sickness, we will offer you the opportunity to rebook your session at a mutually convenient time for us both.

If you are late for a session or not available without prior notice, you will lose that session. If you are late, we may be able to proceed with the remainder of your session at our discretion.

We offer consultations & other services with advance payment that are strictly non-refundable. You agree to these terms & conditions upon booking & payment.

We offer consultations, services, education & information on this website that are in line with our belief system, research and training in holistic healing & complementary therapies.

All information & advice that we offer is based upon our own opinion & offered with the best of intention. Talking therapies, intuitive guidance, psychic readings for entertainment purposes only & holistic healing are never intended to diagnose or cure disease & are complementary to conventional medicine. If you are concerned about your health or well-being it is important that you consult a medically trained doctor.

You are responsible for your own health & well-being. All decisions you make are your own. Results depend upon many factors, including your personal commitment to change, the choices you make, investment of time & energy and the unique circumstances in your life. Results are therefore not guaranteed.
